Q1: Can I use this cleanser if I have very sensitive skin? 

Yes. Our cleanser is very mild and gentle. Even if you have very sensitive skin, also can still use this cleanser.

 

Q2: If I have oily skin without acne, can I use this cleanser? 

Yes. Our cleanser is created for all skin types. It will reduce your skin's oiliness without drying it. 

 

Q3. If I have oily and acne skin, can I use this cleanser?

If you have oily skin with acne,  try out Oil-Free Acne Wash which is especially formulated to treat oily skin with acne. 

 

Q4: If I recover from my oily and acne skin, do I continue to use the Oil-Free Acne Wash, or shall I change to Pre-Probiotics Hydrating Cleanser? 

You can continue and finish the Oil-Free Acne Wash before switching to the Pre-Probiotics Hydrating Cleanser. On the other hand, you can also purchase the Pre-Probiotics Hydrating Cleanser and use the two types of cleanser alternatively.

 

Q5: Do I still need to exfoliate my face if I use this cleanser?

Our cleanser contains ingredients that exfoliate your skin gently. So, there is no need to use any exfoliation products. Over exfoliating your skin can cause damage of skin barrier, leading to sensitive skin.
